Moon Civil & Drainage Ltd is a locally owned and operated business specialising in Drainage and Earthworks in the Bay of Plenty owned by Rob and Kerrie Moon<\/strong>. The couple launched Moon Drainage in 2009 when they purchased their first truck and digger and ran their business from home. In April 2012 they expanded their operations to incorporate earthworks, changed their name to Moon Civil & Drainage Ltd and set up an office, workshop and yard in Rerewai Place, Mt Maunganui. The company presently employs over 15 staff and has a fleet of vehicles and machinery to service the growing demand.<\/p>\n

Many people know Rob, not only for his years as a qualified Drainlayer, but also for his long-time involvement with Rugby at Tauranga Sports and throughout the Bay of Plenty. As a business owner, Rob utilises the same discipline and commitment from his sporting background to run his own business \u2013 and with rave reviews from his customers.<\/p>\n

Supporting Rob behind the scenes, Kerrie coordinates the administration side of the operation, handling the accounts and marketing. Kerrie prefers to keep her hands clean and leaves the dirty work to Rob and his team led by qualified Drainlayers.<\/p>\n

Shane Macdonald is Rob\u2019s right hand man and the company\u2019s Quantity Surveyor\/Estimator. \u00a0Shane holds a National Diploma in Quantity Surveying and handles the quoting and project management of civil works. From submitting tenders to managing projects, Shane has brought valuable knowledge and expertise to Moon Civil & Drainage Ltd and is an asset to the company.<\/p>\n

From simple soak holes to extensive sub-divisions, Moon Civil & Drainage Ltd can do it all. We specialise in commercial and residential drainage, sewer, stormwater, septic tanks, environmental wastewater systems, surface water solutions, earthworks and civil works, project management and more throughout the Bay of Plenty.
